Learning Center

Last summer, we talked about how the alumni/ae v trustees conflict at New College of California could serve as a learning lab on the use of research as an organizing tool. Since then, we also examined the netwar aspect of the conflict in wresting control of the historical narrative of the institution away from New College officials, in order that lessons could be learned from the school’s demise.

Now that both these objectives have been accomplished, we feel it’s time to proceed toward constructing something lasting and useful for preventing tyrannies like the New College administration from happening in the first place. When you have time to look over our learning center proposal, we’d appreciate your feedback.
